A heat pump is a device that takes the energy from atmospheric air and transfers it directly or indirectly to the heating space. We distinguish two types of heat pumps – air-to-air type or air-to-water type in low-temperature heating systems.
Duct systems are usually installed in suspended ceilings, and air-conditioned air is distributed by a duct system to the exhaust grilles in the room. The split system is suitable for smaller facilities, and it is consisted of one outdoor and several indoor air conditioning units.
Chillers are cooling machines for specific purposes of cooling liquids up to -50 degrees Celsius. The chiller operation system works by discharging the accumulated cooling energy into the water, which further conducts the cooled liquid through the pipeline system to the consumer.
